Irish startup TrainedIn is taking a new approach to help people learn new skills and grow their careers.

With the disruption from the pandemic affecting freelancers and business owners alike, TrainedIn founder Sorcha Finucane is on a mission to change the status quo.

As freelancers, trainers and small business owners increasingly look towards digital commerce and e-learning, TrainedIn is positioning itself to support career progression and businesses that want to share their services.

As a global platform, TrainedIn is welcoming businesses as well as consultants and trainers who want to reach new audiences with their specialist knowledge – showcasing their latest courses through the platform.

At the same time, TrainedIn is supporting businesses by offering them a way to promote their latest services to its global user base.

With nearly 200 courses, 75 service providers and more than 230 categories, courses and workshops are being uploaded every week to the platform.

TrainedIn is also seeking to offer equal access to all businesses, providing a range of tools and helping to validate new profiles submitted for inclusion.

With training and upskilling playing a big part in our economic transformation, freelancers and practitioners across Europe are finding new ways of collaborating and learning the right skills to get into new, emerging industries. Among some of the available courses on the platform include professional certifications, project management and professional writing workshops.
